Our students enroll in internship training for 30 business days each at the end of the second academic year and at the end of the third academic year. Internships have the ability to offer advantages to all parties (students, businesses and university).
Our students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts can perform their internship in the fields that serve in the sectoral lines of business below;
Kitchen and management units of 4 or 5 star hotels and holiday villages,
Restaurants,
Product development departments of food companies,
Catering services.
Our department continues to work on internship agreements with businesses located in and around Alanya.
