We aim to provide our students with the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills needed in the food and beverage sector from the most basic to the most advanced level during their university education.
We want our students to grow up as graduates with the following qualifications:
- Recognize Turkish and world cuisines and techniques of these cuisines,
- Contributing to the research and preservation of Turkish cuisine,
- Promoting the rich Turkish cuisine internationally,
- Keeping healthy and safe food at the center of its work,
- Able to compete nationally and internationally
- Seeking quality from raw material to fork
They will have completed the necessary training as experts.
At our university, we also support the education and training of our students with activities such as conferences, competitions, fairs and student community events that increase their knowledge and awareness.
