The University has a total of 2 industry-standard training kitchens which are regularly used for prestigious chef competitions and demonstrations. Our professional kitchen is kitted-out with state-of-the art appliances and cutting-edge equipment.It is the perfect space for training courses, food demonstrations and filmed content.
There are hand washing and disinfectant areas in the kitchen entrances. Lockers are available for our students to put their personal belongings. There are 14 cooker +1 chef cooker total 15 cooker. Our 2 Electrolux ovens cook meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, etc. It has the feature of being able to cook all of them at the same time without the smell mixing and being able to wash themselves. We have 1 vertical 0C / + 6C, 4 -2C / + 10C horizontal refrigerators and 1 vertical -15C / -22C refrigerators. All of our products are Electrolux brand. Our kitchen is a two-sided worktop and has dish washing sinks and dishwasher.In our pastry kitchen, there is a hand washing and disinfectant area. In the middle of our kitchen, we have a marble dough sheeting machine that covers a large area. 1 electric Electrolux stove, 1 Electrolux oven with self-flushing feature, where a different product is cooked on each shelf and the smell is not mixed, -15C / -22C 3 Electrolux refrigerators, 4 Electrolux BE5 countertops mixer, 2 Electrolux XBE20 large dough mixers, oversized tray trolley, three-sided benches across the floor, dishwashing areas and dishwasher.
