Why Gastronomy and Culinary Arts?
In this department, it is aimed to train qualified chefs for the accommodation and catering businesses. In the direction of this goal students who will be educated 100% in English will also have opportunities to learn a different foreign language (besides English), information Technologies, tourism sector and tourism businesses, contemporary management and leadership, Turkish cuisine, International cuisine, principles of nutrition, food science and technology, and food and beverage production.
