Graduates of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts deparment have opportunities of being a middle or upper level kitchen manager at food and beverage departments of the accommodation-enterprises, restaurants, bars, independent food and beverage enterprises, working as a master trainer/instructor for the practical lessons related to their working fields, making academic career and constructing of their own food and beverage business.
