OUR STUDENTS SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTED OUR DEPARTMENT AT THE 4TH ALANYA TROPICAL FRUIT FESTIVAL

During the fourth edition of the event, our students; Eda Nur Aydın, Asya Hilal Er, Ahsen Zeliha Eryılmaz, Zeynep Naz Saylam and Elif Tömek took part in workshops, serving as assistant chefs to Metro Istanbul Product Development Chef Gökhan Sehlikoğlu.

Throughout the three-day festival, Alanya Culinary Heritage Communication Directors Sevda Erdoğmuş and Zeynep Kiriş, as well as Chef Gökhan Sehlikoğlu, expressed their appreciation for the students’ dedicated and meticulous work.

We would like to extend our gratitude to our Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan, Culinary Department Kitchen Coordinator Lecturer Songül Çoban, and Culinary Program Lecturer Erman Baş for their support, which enabled our students to represent us successfully.
