Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

The workshop held on October 17, 2025, at the Alanya Doğanay Hotel conference hall addressed Alanya's four-year tourism plan around different axes such as sustainability, economic forecasts, weak aspects to be developed, and threats. Views on the future plan of Alanya Tourism were shared at the workshop, which saw the participation of Alanya's Private Sector, Non-Governmental Organizations, and Public Institutions and Organizations. The scientific meetings were chaired by Prof. Dr. Muharrem Tuna, President of TUADER and TURAK. In addition to the protocol speech by our University Rector, Distinguished Prof. Dr. Turan Sağer, our Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Esra Mankan and Research Assistant Cansu İşeri shared their views in the session titled 'Gastronomy'. We thank our faculty members who aim to make Alanya's future more valuable.
