Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

At the seminar held between August 26-28, 2025, information was provided both theoretically and practically on the Chromatography approach and the methodological points to be considered for the UHPLC+ and GC-MS devices located in the Alanya University Central Laboratory. Our instructor Prof. Dr. Sezgin Bakırdere, who also visited our laboratory for the training, expressed that he was quite pleased with the facilities provided and shared his views on the research opportunities that could be conducted within our university. We extend our gratitude primarily to our University Rector, Prof. Dr. Turan Sağer, who made such an event possible, and to our esteemed instructor Prof. Dr. Sezgin Bakırdere and his students, Dr. Sezin Erarpat Bodur and Research Assistant Süleyman Bodur, for sharing their valuable opinions and knowledge.
