Andreas Angelidis, the award-winning chef of Alma Side restaurant, was our guest! After an interview on "fine-dining" with the students, chef gave a workshop in our training kitchens. Chef prepared three different presentations using lobster, shrimp and dry-aged sea bass. Many thanks to all participants and the chef.
