Internship Documents

Our students studying in our department do a total of 60 working days of internship during their undergraduate education. This period is divided into 30 working days without interruption within the scope of GAS 200 coded internship course and 30 working days without interruption within the scope of GAS 300 coded internship course.

ANNOUNCEMENT

2025–2026 ACADEMIC YEAR SUMMER INTERNSHIP
Students enrolled in our department are required to complete a total of 60 working days of internship during their undergraduate education. This period is divided into two parts: 30 working days under GAS/GAST 200 and 30 working days under GAS/GAST 300 internship courses.

The schedule and procedures for the 2025–2026 Academic Year Summer Internship are as follows:

Summer internships will be carried out between June 22, 2026 – September 11, 2026.
The “Internship Institution Information Letter” will be signed by the Internship Commission and shared with students.
After reaching an agreement with an internship institution, students are required to complete the relevant sections of the Internship Application and Approval Form (Intern Information and Internship Institution Details, Student SGK Declaration, and Unit Approvals) in full and submit the documents together with a copy of their ID and one photograph to the Internship Commission no later than May 15, 2026.
It is mandatory that the “Unit Approvals” section of the form is signed and stamped by the authorized representative of the institution.
The suitability of internship placements will be evaluated by the Internship Commission, and the results will be announced on May 22, 2026.
Students whose internship placements are not approved must submit documents for alternative placements to the Internship Commission no later than June 5, 2026, and the results will be announced on June 9, 2026.
Approved internship documents will be submitted to the University Human Resources Office by June 12, 2026, and insurance procedures will be initiated accordingly.
Students who complete their internships must submit their internship reports to the Internship Commission no later than October 9, 2026.

Internship documents submitted after the specified deadlines and procedures carried out beyond the designated timeframes will not be considered.
Students at the graduation stage who fail to complete their internships will not be able to finalize their graduation procedures and will receive their diplomas in the following term.
Students planning to complete their internships abroad must submit the required documents to the Internship Commission at least one month in advance. Visa, work permit, and residence permit procedures are entirely the responsibility of the student.
